This strategic acquisition strengthens Ubiqconn's footprint in North America and enhances its capabilities in advanced optical bonding and display technology, positioning the combined companies for growth in key industries, including defense, medical, industrial, and transportation.


Under the agreement, E3 Displays will continue to operate independently as the primary entity, maintaining its current operations, brand identity, and customer relationships while benefiting from Ubiqconn's global resources and technological expertise. This structure ensures continuity for customers and partners while accelerating innovation and market expansion.
