Croydon, PA - April 21,2025— Amid global supply chain uncertainty and shifting international trade policies, Macron Dynamics, Inc., a U.S.-based leader in linear motion automation, announces that it our customers will not be affected by recent tariffs, reinforcing its commitment to reliability, speed, and cost stability in the mechanical motion industry.

With more than three decades of engineering innovation, Macron Dynamics has long distinguished itself by manufacturing all its automation solutions — from linear actuators to gantry systems — domestically. Headquartered in Croydon, Pennsylvania, the company's vertically integrated operations allow for consistent quality control, faster lead times, and pricing predictability that overseas-reliant suppliers often struggle to match.

"We've structured our operations to ensure resilience," said Michael Giunta - Vice President & Co-owner of Macron Dynamics. "Because we engineer, manufacture, and support our products entirely within the U.S., we're able to shield our customers from sudden cost hikes and disruptions that are increasingly common in today's global landscape."

Key advantages for OEMs, integrators, and manufacturers include:
· No tariff-related price increases across Macron's product catalog
· Consistently faster delivery times compared to industry norms
· Fully stocked components for quick-build and custom automation systems

These advantages are especially meaningful for industries with high throughput demands and time-sensitive installations, such as packaging, automotive, aerospace, and material handling.
Macron Dynamics invites Automation and Engineering professionals to explore how its U.S.-based model is setting a new benchmark in motion control reliability.

T.J. Davies' Retention Knobs

Our retention knobs are manufactured above international standards or to machine builder specifications. Retention knobs are manufactured utilizing AMS-6274/AISI-8620 alloy steel drawn in the United States. Threads are single-pointed on our lathes while manufacturing all other retention knob features to ensure high concentricity. Our process ensures that our threads are balanced (lead in/lead out at 180 degrees.) Each retention knob is carburized (hardened) to 58-62HRC, and case depth is .020-.030. Core hardness 40HRC. Each retention knob is coated utilizing a hot black oxide coating to military specifications. Our retention knobs are 100% covered in black oxide to prevent rust. All retention knob surfaces (not just mating surfaces) have a precision finish of 32 RMA micro or better: ISO grade 6N. Each retention knob is magnetic particle tested and tested at 2.5 times the pulling force of the drawbar. Certifications are maintained for each step in the manufacturing process for traceability.
